Fix to set the quota for a space #265

When we define a quota for a space, this one isn't taken it in account.

@LivOriona : I created the PR #273 . With this PR, we can set the quota after creating a space.

But, before this fix, I could set the quota on the others spaces.

So, don't we have problems with this issue ?

After tests, it's working on webdoc 0.8.10, so the issue can be closed.

Following the debug, the problem seems to come from the ESR version of Firefox used by the client (72 ESR). Everything is functional except the display. The customer asks to use another Nextcloud module to enter the quotas. For example, the module found in Personal Settings/Language is displaying correctly for the client. The customer would also like a selector with an arrow indicating that the list is scrolling.

I close this issue. The problem is resolved.
