Inconsistent Import/Export Behavior on Arbitrary Phone App Browsers #6

If people install the Blades in the Sheets app through unexpected app browsers, the import and export features don't work.

Not sure how to fix or test these scenarios. Seems like an unexpected downside of PWAs, that they can be installed outside of main browsers.
