RuntimeError: Bad magic number in .pyc file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sp-auth_3.0.1_i386 and sopcast-player_0.2.1-1_i386
on ubuntu 9.04 ver32bit

Please provide any additional information below.
i was installed vlc and sopcast successfully but sopcast still not run

Python 2.6+ issues has been fixed and verified with Version 0.3.0.
