Is this compatible with High Sierra? #2

I once used a similar Finder service, can't find it anymore. This one shows up in the context menu but nothing gets to the clipboard.

… now I'm finding that after a delay where Finder is unresponsive, I get this error message:

I tried moving to ~/Library/Services for the heck of it, same there.
