Windows redraw issue after resize #81

Expected Behavior

Connect to server
Resize window
See that the entire window is repainted

Current Behavior

Connect to server
Resize window
See some terminal color peeking through the sides of the resized area

Other Observations

I've only observed this in powershell where the terminal color is not the same as the client color
All other resize/wrapping behavior works as expected

Pics or it didn't happen
