implement processing of squarespace orders for gift certificates #538

Modify getting mailgun messages for when the order is a gift certificate, modify squarespace order edit blade to handle gift certificates, update requests, update squarespace order update to process the order, create a gift certificate. Modified gift certificate model to generate a pdf attachment to the purchaser.
