Shift from LaravelCollective/html to Spatie/laravel-html package #557

Laravel Collective has deprecated the html package and the official recommended replacement is Spatie's Laravel-Html package. I have run the shift and the is a PR for it; however, currently there is an issue with Form::Image that I have initiated a discussion on to see how best to handle it.
