Add colorbrewer as dependency for pal() #20

I believe it is correct to add it as a dependence so it is installed with aRbor.

@uyedaj @lukejharmon if this seems right, merge. It's possible that I did not install aRbor correctly and another package in the list depends on it, but it wasn't there in my environment.
