high figures #3

Hi, Wondering if you can point me in the right direction. We have the uploader working very well but we started off with the figures coming through as setup in mmol then it seemed to switch to m/dl after a recharge. Now it is coming through in the thousands (5474.51). Now I can compensate on output i.e. convert m/dl to mmols and possibly convert these high figures but I'm still unsure why the figures are that high. We have it setup to use both the pump and sensor for data. Could it be confused? Cheers Nik

Have you been using "Manual Calibration"???, If so, use "Instant Calibration" instead, Manual calibration has a bug that some people is helping me to solve.

To solve this issue stop nightscout, go to settings->Application Manager-> Nightscout. Clear Data, and Clear Cache.

After that, come back to NightsCout...you must reconfigure it. (Set all the right preferences).

After that wait until you have received at least 1 Sensor value. and just after receiving it, tap on "Instant Calibration", set the same number that its shown in your pump screen. And that's it...

From that point, this should be your way to make calibrations. "wait to a new sensor value-> the value on the pump changes" -> tap on Instant Calibration -> set the number shown on your pump. always in the same metrics.. I mean, If you are using mmol/l on nightscout and your pump shows mg/dl, you must make the transformation to mmol/l (divide / 18) and set the value on nightscout.

Hope this helps
