LNG liquefaction generate 0 emissions issue #470

Closed wennanlong closed 2 years ago

wennanlong commented 2 years ago

In the LNG tab, the liquefaction process was producing no emissions (combustion, flaring, fugitive), even after turning liquefaction on and marking fraction of NG to liq to 100%. LNG transport and regas stages seem to be working fine.

Suggest to change:

  1. Total load(Cell M38) uses NG_to_liq_tonnesday from the secondary inputs. Instead of getting NG_to_liq_tonnesday from secondary inputs, I changed it to get from Stream 86 (LNG shipped to regasification) Cell K28. a. It applies to Cell M47. b. It applies to Cell M86.
  2. Total load (Cell M39) uses NG_to_liq_mmtpa from the secondary inputs. I changed it to use the total mass rate from Stream 86 Cell K28 by multiplying 365 (convert day to year) * 1e-6 (convert to million tonnes) In this case, I removed NG_to_liq_tonnesday and NG_to_liq_mmtpa from the secondary input sheet and calculated them within the sheet.

Fixed! Good catch.
