Using proxy model to calculate the energy consumption of AGR #503

The condition of using the proxy model to calculate the energy consumption of AGR is shown as follows:

  1. user choice
  2. mol frac of CO2 < 0.2
  3. mol frac of H2S < 0.15

The last condition is missing in Cell B250 under the "Acid Gas Removal" tab.
