As far as I can tell, ability modifiers can't be changed using the Actor Changes feature of Summon Configuration. Ability values yes, but not modifiers nor bonuses. I can access the summoner's ability modifiers but applying them to the summoned actor seems to have no effect.
I would like to be able to change those values directly because, for example, some summoned creatures use the summoner's ranged spell attacks calculation but not their base ability values.
