[FEATURE] Concentration removes token #43

Describe the solution you'd like I'm using the MidiQOL concentrations and Automatic Animations modules and I was wondering if it would be possible to automatically remove the summoned creature(s) when the related concentration is broken? Would be really useful, but not necessary.
