Issue the panel menus showing anomaly text is showing outside the panel

Steps to reproduce right click the sound menu on the icon and select sound output

@fossfreedom hi, i'd love to do it but i am (to be honest) don't have all the energy to study all of the theming concept, in short, I am a basic user. if you can point me to the which(probable) CSS file/line i should edit, i will figure it out to make it work. and a pull request will appear.
