Shell overview caption fix #145

Just a small fix for Arc gnome-shell themes that's been bugging me for quite some time.

Since gnome-shell 3.26, the window-caption in application overview was moved from below the window preview, to the bottom edge of the preview. Subsequently, colors of the window-caption were also changed: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell-sass/commit/3ce23ca9648c131a33b79f37b3e19001ff45450d

I think it makes sense to reflect the color change in Arc themes, as it's more consistent with the default theme, and makes the caption easier to read.

Damn - I hit the wrong button. The symlinks for gnome-shell 3.30 are pointing to the wrong version of gnome shell (3.18)

EDIT: nah - everything looks ok.
