This pull request simplifies the user interface and enhances the pull request management features in the Arcane Studio.

UI Improvements

Adjusted title size in build_home.html from is-2 to is-3 for better visual hierarchy.

PR Manager Enhancements

Updated prompts in prompts.py to improve clarity and guidance.
Removed unnecessary form elements in description_generator_form.html.
Simplified view logic in view_pull_request.html and views.py.
Deleted redundant URL path in urls.py.

Task View Enhancements

Integrated markdown rendering in view_task.html for better task result presentation.

General Improvements

Added a new markdown_container.html template for consistent markdown rendering across the application.
Minor style adjustments in base_repos.html for a cleaner look.
