🔄 Version Update

Update project version in pyproject.toml from 0.8.15 to 0.8.16.

👤 User Profile Enhancements

Revamp user profile layout in user_profile.html for improved user experience.
Add new features for connecting GitHub account and accessing Arcane Engine tools.

🔗 Repository Picker Update

Add instructions for granting permissions to view private repositories in repo_picker.html.

🛠️ Code Maintenance

Remove unused import in views.py.
Update logging message for API key creation status.
