Change ESP12 silk so that panelisation is possible #10

The current antenna overhang prevents panelisation and has no value. Maybe replace with ESP07 or change layer to something which is not copied over by the panelisation routine.

I think I already changed the footprint. Not tested

I hadn't. Having added the USB, there is another device with overhang

the clearance for the v-groove means the ESP-12 will need edging now a bit to allow for the +V trace from the USB to get between the keep-out layer under the esp and the vcut.

Decided not to bother for now!
