count qualities that have NO directly related requirement #153

Per, if you come up with a relatively simple way to count the qualities that have NO directly related requirements... I would like to have this number on the "about this site" page, where the other statistics are.

Please put a hard limit of your time to this issue, let's say 90mins or less... I don't want to invest more time.
