the register section doesn't work properly #24

heyy!! i just checked the repo, i'll be using reactjs to implement it i suppose this is a normal register page made with reactjs, if this is something else expected do tell me i'll try to figure it out

yeah that too but we are also thinking to implement the backend and database for the registration page for that we have decided to use Node, Express and MongoDB. Are you familiar with them?

@sudhir512kj we are assigning you this issue. @shreyamaurya029 you can raise some other issue or work on other existing unassigned issues. But make sure to follow the contributing guidelines.
