13 Responsive Landing page

Hi @arcVaishali , I added the breakpoint in the landing page so that it will be responsive and able to view from all view points. Kindly please review the changes. Thank you

Don't make the landing page responsive now, make rest of the pages from the Rescuer and Afflicted portal responsive first.
