Apparently changes will not take into account. Please check

Video Volume must be set in theme.conf for game menu videos.

In lemonlauncher.conf only screensaver volume is set

will be fixed in v3.1.6

video volume will set now screensaver and game menu video volume.

plus the video volume can now controlled via regamebox.conf
