Dataengine done, see #21

Porting of the plasmoid has several issues:

seems Plasma5 has not PopupApplet class
Plasma5 has different methods to paint interface (it has not methods setLayout(), setWidget())
I cannot turn on DataEngine

Try to contact about this issues over Plasma ML

According to the upstream I need to rewrite plasmoid to QML

Well, now DE works normally (except for some f$%king workaround while building which are required due to Arch plasma-workspace build)
