Create the Emf Writer #1

Provide an Emf Writer to crate resources from Ecco Trees. The writter must serialize back to an xmi (or package extension).

The viewer (issue #5) and the writter share the same functionality, that is, a resource need be reconstructed from the Ecco tree. For this we have provided a reconstructor class. The writter and the view can create an instance of this class to populate a resource from a tree provided by Ecco.
