Note: This follows on directly from Thomas' branch: MoFO Optimiser

Thomas implemented the MoFO optimiser I've tidied up the code ready for final testing

Updated requirements and gitignore
Makes MoFO optimiser optional via the alpha parameter - if set to None, use default optimiser
Moved loss function settings to command line arguments
Added lambda weighting coefficients to loss functions, where it was previously missing
minor QoL improvements
