When I try to subscribe to topics with Blazegraph, SEPA engine, SEPA dashboard and mqtt.jsap, I obtain the error "Connection refused: connect" on the dashboard

Hello, thank you for submitting. Could you please specify the software version of SEPA and SEPA Dashboard?
