Installing the plugin fails for poetry latest release 1.8 #16

#8 13.18 Because no versions of poetry-plugin-pypi-mirror match >0.4.1,<0.5.0
#8 13.18  and poetry-plugin-pypi-mirror (0.4.1) depends on poetry (>=1.3,<1.8), poetry-plugin-pypi-mirror (>=0.4.1,<0.5.0) requires poetry (>=1.3,<1.8).
#8 13.18 So, because poetry-instance depends on both poetry (1.8.0) and poetry-plugin-pypi-mirror (^0.4.1), version solving failed.

This has been addressed, the plugin version 0.4.2 should now work with Poetry 1.8.
