Add support for poetry 1.4.x #8

-Updated poetry dependency in the plugin to accept 1.3.x and 1.4.x -Tested successfully with poetry 1.4.2

I proposed 0.3.1 as version as it does not change any code and works both with 1.3 and 1.4. But imho a version 0.4.0 specific for 1.4. would also be totally fine.

Hi @mniehoff,

Thank you for the pull request. I am unable to accept it at this time, but support for Poetry 1.4 has been added independently. I intend to share a more detailed contribution procedure once available.
