Title pretty much sums it up, this makes arch-cli's --port work as expected. Seems like it already was fixed once in #84 but is now abscent.

Thanks, was fixing this as part of a larger configuration overhaul but I'm happy with it being done here for you.

It would definitely help me as well. I've been running off a separate version of Arch because without a change like this, deploying to PaaSes like Heroku is impossible.
