kiosk: UI for workstation groups and file picking

• [ ] recording groups need their own configuration independent of the workstations.
• [ ] It is there that file picking rules would be defined.

What about the idea to show workstations grouped by type and recording group? Can workstations of different type (FileMakerWorkstation / ExportWorkstation) be in the same recording group? Does that make any sense?
