recording: show little screen capture with transfer to kiosk when closing #1512

When closing recording a little screen capture should show what to do next and how to transfer the filemaker file to kiosk. This is the weak point of the software and we should do everything we can to help get over it.

A config setting should control whether or not the screen capture appears.

no matter if Chrome or stupid Safari is being used, this video makes sense and looks the same in both. Nonetheless: Use Chrome in the video.

A video might be too large in the end. But a few screenshots or at least a list of next steps might help. However, no reason to update the recording software again, so I postpone this to the next version and then we decide again.

I'd rather got it into my head to tackle this issue with a special iOS app that does most of the transfer to and from filemaker and to and from kiosk. We already have a ticket here: #775.

I move this here into the app's project and we reevaluate it when we have a better grasp of how that will look
