Oha. Hm. I thought that was international. It is another flavour of "Ups". But with a nuance of surprise. Ooops is more like "oh, I did that" while Oha is more like "Oh, I didn't see that coming."

Well, at least if your are British "Oha" is all you say. Bit of a euphemism in that case.
