Ah sorry, my understanding from the meeting was that this would be done after this season so I haven't been bugging people for it. Maarten was going to ask our conservator about it this week, I think -- @MaartenPraet ?
Maarten will try to talk to our conservator Youssef tomorrow. He is skeptical that he will be able to actually get any forms (or even that any actual forms are used -- more likely a notebook with notes) so this might be more viable once we get back with the data and see what is being recorded.

Ok, I added the file with the fields our conservator uses to the google drive (obviously not for this season, since you guys already sent me the server). From the conversation Maarten had with Youssef, it seems like most of these fields are recorded per wall (or locus, in this case) daily, and then he writes an overall report at the end that brings that information together.

I Looked at the file. It does not tell me all that much (except for the field names). I think it becomes clearer once we see the inputs to those fields. So please make sure you bring back the actual forms he filled in together with the final report. Then we should be able to analyze the process. And observe him doing his stuff :O). One needs to understand the workflow.
Oh totally. Just giving you the information as I get it :)
I created a Conservation folder in the MADP drive and added both decoration and architectural conservation reports from this season. There were no forms being filled out - just a notebook with observations, which were then compiled into these two products.
