FTS: refresh search index in administration #2604

Kiosk 1.5.29

implemented. This resets the whole full text search system, including the fts fields in each record.

Doesn't seem to be doing anything. I added a context independent description to an image and after running the new housekeeping step (it ran, according to the log) I still can't find the image under the term. This could have different reasons but whatever, this should have worked.
