Q&V: request for open view to remain in the same position #2778

I am working on MKAP stuff and looking at different views at the same time.

I have the view for unit AA open and am checking on different loci - for instance, AA-021. I scroll down to the list of loci and click on that one, the AA-021 view opens, I check what I need to check in it. I close AA-021 once I'm done. I open the unit AA view again to go to the next locus but I no longer see the list of loci because it has scrolled all the way to the top again, so instead I see the unit description.

I would like the view to stay scrolled to the locus list, which is where I left it.

Maarten also reiterates this request, now that he is using Q&V extensively to finish a publication.

I have this one on the radar but it is much harder to do than #2904, so I'll do and roll out that one first.
