This is the first example that uses the user's time zone and the actual _tz field.

• [x] use the recording time zone if any for the file_datetime itself. This might also have to be controlled by the dsd?
• [x] use the user's time zone for the auto generated fields (created/modified) - this, too, might depend on the DSD?

I have hard-coded this. No DSD involved. That does not mean the dsd should not be involved. That question is deferred.

Check the edit file dialog again after the concept is now finalized:

• modified and created should all show wrist watch time plus time zone
• the file date time must be displayed in terms of the _tz time zone without showing the time zone name
• if the value changes it changes according to the current recording time zone
• if the record changes the modified field must change according to the current user time zone

the one thing I didn't do is involve the DSD tz_type. So it would currently not be possible to make update a value using user time zone instead of recording time zone by adding tz_type(u) to the field.
