currently archaeological tags are locus tags only. I should think about a more flexible tagging system that tags all kinds of contexts.

But does it need to be for the recording system? I think not, and think we should start thinking of new features of this sort exclusively in analysis. Your pinboard has gotten me thinking a lot, see #147.
