English Language #29

Is there any chance to have this with English , I try to install English Pack but seems not working

@Daed2001 The scoop bucket will install on a clean copy of windows 11 in a VM. The programs might be in Chinese but should he able to switch if it has a English counterpart which they all do except yackitt.
