We experience issues with users not having the latest up-to-date version of FeltTegn installed. QGIS' built-in notification for plugin-update availability is disabled by default, and when enabled barely noticable (small icon in bottom right corner).
I suggest we make FeltTegn ping our MuseumsGIS webserver for current version number vs. installed version number. I (Peter) have PyQGIS code we could refactor for this.
Note to self: Must make sure FeltTegn won't break when operating offline
