Not working in VSCode #50

Will not work in Visual Studio Code. Side buttons worked fine before I installed SSB, so might be something VSCode is doing to handle native side buttons.

macOS Catalina 10.15.6 VSCode: 1.48

26 Probably same issue that is discussed here. +1 for whitelist in that case
