'Add modal' is not displayed when user deletes a layout and creates another one

The issue is explained in a video instead of screenshot is because, this issue happening when user do the action on the web app at a certain speed.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• User creates a mix
• Selects a layout
• Delete the layout
• Select another layout
• Add a Tint content by clicking on the option
• Add Tint modal is not displayed. (The modal is not displayed within the given time)
