Robot Avatar image is too large #4

The avatar for the robot is large - pixel size is 256x256 and the file size
is approximately 26Kb.

This leads to the avatar not always looking right and uses a lot of bandwidth.

Need to shrink the image to optimise this problem

Largest size of profile image used appears to be 100x100 so aim for this and 
optimise
file size (possibly use a .gif image)

New profile image has been created which is 100x100 and has also reduced the 
file
size. This will be deployed in the next rollout - due in the next couple of 
hours
