does not emoticonize header (1st) wave #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.crate new wave (thread)
2.add emoticony
3.enter text equivalents
4.create sub-wave/message
5.enter text equivalents

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected - both wave messages will be emoticonized
instead:
1)first(header) wave will be untouched
2)Emoticony will translate text to symbols in the header and text of the
next(message) wave.
