Use the new filter feature #9

Now Emoticony is converted to API V2, the filter feature should be used to try 
and reduce the resource usage of the robot.

The filter has been added to onDocumentChanged.

However, this filter string has to be created by running CreateFilter locally, 
then copying the input as the value of the FILTER variable.
It would be nice if Emoticony could generate this automatically.
