只在ipv6环境下上网

感谢google和免费的ipv6，可以用以下两种方式实现只在ipv6环境
下上网：
1）直接连接：使用google的ipv6的hosts文件；https://code.google.com/p
/ipv6-hosts/
2）代理连接：使用switchySharp + goagent + hosts。
需要一个switchySharp的规则列表文件判断网址是否在hosts内(和gf
wlist类似),当网址在hosts内时，采用方式1来连接；当网址不在h
osts文件内时，采用方式2。

按照switchySharp的规则列表格式https://code.google.com/p/switchy/wiki/Ru
leList，提取了google的ipv6的hosts文件内的相关域名，希望能提��
�在线列表。
