若不使用代理无法通过使用右上角的computer选项上传图片，怎
么传都是提示failed，切GAE一次成功。

好像有地区限制，不过防火墙的确做了手脚。

Imgur 已经命令禁止中国地区用户的匿名上传（因为 
spam），而且时段也是随机的，可能过几天心情好 mrgrim 
会解除该限制。

而且防火墙对 imgur 的屏蔽也是随机的。
