I got the same issue with this device
Actually, the artifacts can be removed by dragging the window at the part of the artifacts. But, hopefully it can be full-removed.
In my case, a similar issue.
After a screen blank, the desktop image will flash on/off or the title bar of some windows may begin to flash on/off. This happens with compositor set to glx
or xr_glx_hybrid
. As the others noted you can drag the window around to 'wipe away' the glitches.
It doesn't seem to happen with xrender
but with xrender I have tearing distortions when scrolling web pages.

Yes, It happens because of picom, I'm also facing this issue and thinking of replacing the picom fork with official picom.
BTW, this can easily fixed by restarting picom.
@adi1090x This is still a problem with Archcraft. It spoils my enjoyment of the system often & makes it impossible to use as a daily. Id like to see this issue gain some priority. Is there any hope to fix?
@adi1090x Any news on this, Im still facing it daily with new 2023 ISO. I tried the 20-amdgpu.conf fix, but no luck. Perhaps this issue should be left open since it's ongoing?
In my case the desktop BG area, outside of any windows begins flashing repeatedly. its very distracting, especially if you have a small window open at the time, most of the screen is flashing on/off
