Internationalization #1

xonic-ui seems promising with the added feature of "Files" from airsonic-refix. Based on https://github.com/tamland/airsonic-refix/pull/108#issuecomment-1699969115 I see the move to Vue3.

Could you add internationalization, using https://github.com/intlify/vue-i18n-next or something similar?

I want my kids to use something like this. There is not so much English words, but… it's also a good argument to make them translated: it's easy, as they are only a few :)

I was thinking about it. It's possible after Vue3 migration, because there will a big code refactoring.
