EAPI 3 removal #14

soon the EAPI 3 will be removed, some ebuilds will need upgrade

Ohhh shit, you are right :-) upgrade or forward to bin... EAPI=3 the only package is: dev-vcs/gitslave/gitslave-2.0.2.ebuild:EAPI="3" #soon deprecated

This script for large projects management is obsolete and we can remove it complete it from the repository?

EAPI =4 (not all listed) dev-lua/luarocks/luarocks-2.4.2.ebuild:EAPI=4 This is faster dep than traditional lua for Facebook's Torch AI framework, so I would like to upgrade it when there is time, I feel it will come on my list with incoming projects.

nexus-oss-bin-2.11.2-r6.ebuild:EAPI=4 I will leave it as is, I hope within 1-2 years this will be fully replaced by Nexus 3 which will require anyway new build, so upgrade directly to 6

to be removed - hudson is dead to me replaced by jenkins, travis or gitlabci, etc. cowpatty I will review, it is not maintained actively, but with pyrit CUDA combination is still valid attack schema, I will try to review this.
