Can't find the license online nor the code/binary. Is this the opensource edition?

Hm, strange... well, I don't know... it is open source edition.

But good catch. From my perspective all heavy servers like glassfish/weblogic/websphere will be replaced by microservice architectures soon or in near future, so question is if not remove it completely.

I work with SpringBoot services only anyway..

I suggest to try upgrade to latest: http://download.java.net/glassfish/4.1.2/release/glassfish-4.1.2.zip
